Day 4 — Telavi, Alaverdi & Gudauri
After breakfast, we continue our journey towards the mountains.

* Alaverdi Monastery — one of Georgia’s oldest and most important monasteries, surrounded by the beautiful Alazani Valley.
* Zhinvali Reservoir — a stunning turquoise reservoir surrounded by mountains.

Day 5 — Kazbegi & Gergeti → Gori
Today we travel deeper into the Greater Caucasus Mountains.

* Jvari Pass — one of the highest points on the Georgian Military Highway, with spectacular mountain scenery.
* Gergeti Trinity Church — the iconic 14th-century church above Stepantsminda, with magnificent views of Mount Kazbek.
After visiting Gergeti, we continue directly to Gori.
